Composite Housing Index

Franklin Building Supply produces a monthly and weekly version of a Composite Housing Index (CHI) to help customers better understand how the price of structural materials (framing lumber, OSB and EWP) are going up or down. The CHI gets emailed every Monday to customers. If you are an FBS customer and are not receiving the CHI email, please first check your spam or junk folder. If you find the email in there, simply right-click on the email and mark as not junk or not spam to have it moved to your inbox. Another issue may be that applications like gmail often put emails similar to the CHI message into a promotions folder or tab. Search your email for "FBS Composite Housing Index" to see if it's been routed to a folder other than your inbox.

If after searching your email and checking your spam or junk folder you still do not see the CHI email, contact your Accounts Receivables representative at FBS and they will make sure you get added to the CHI distribution list.
