Primary purpose: To receive, process, and coordinate product pick-up and delivery for all interior products while properly staging and maintaining products in the warehouse (Cabinets, Carpet, Vinyl, Tile, Wood, Laminate Floor & laminate CT). This role ensures accurate inventory management, efficient scheduling, and safe transport of materials to job sites.


Duties and Responsibilities:


Scheduling and Coordination:

Coordinate product pick-up from local vendors, ensuring timely and organized scheduling. Organize and stage materials in the warehouse for easy access and efficient processing.


Inventory Management:

Accurately receive products into the Inventory Management System, ensuring all items are logged and tracked properly. Prepare stocked materials for customer orders, maintaining accuracy and readiness for delivery or pick-up.


Operations Management:

Oversee the movement of goods into and out of production areas, prioritizing efficiency and sustainability. Safely deliver products to job sites.


Adaptability and Problem-Solving:

Adjust daily schedules to accommodate unplanned urgencies, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Solve problems independently, applying good judgment to make decisions that benefit the operation.


Communication and Teamwork:

Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, vendors, and customers. Maintain a professional demeanor, representing the company positively in all interactions.


Safety:

Willingness to embrace our safety culture, following company protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. 


Driving Requirements:

Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to pass a DOT physical examination; job duties include driving a company truck to deliver to job sites and handling local pickups. 


Other Responsibilities:

Participate in basic housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on additional tasks as needed.


Requirements

• Physical Requirements: Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds and carry materials up stairs when needed.


Strongly Preferred:

• Construction Knowledge and/or Experience: General knowledge of construction materials and processes.

• Education: High School Diploma/GED.

• Technical Skills: Some experience with Microsoft Office products
